2013 Rideau Institute Social and presentation of the Rideau Institute Leadership Award

The 2013 Rideau Institute Social will honour and celebrate the work of Mr. Steven Shrybman by presenting him with the Rideau Institute Leadership Award, for his work in promoting democracy, sovereignty and environmental protection.

Civil society members, non-profit organizations and Members of Parliament will be present to congratulate Mr. Shrybman and to support the Rideau Institute. Peter Julian, MP for Burnaby–New Westminster, will deliver remarks on Mr. Shrybman’s career.

This social will be a unique opportunity to engage with parliamentarians in an intimate setting, while supporting the Rideau Institute and our progressive policy and advocacy work to make Canada a more peaceful, just and democratic country.
