Michael Byers responds to latest Arctic sovereignty survey

A recent survey conducted by EKOS Research for the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto, and the Walter and Duncan Gordon Foundation, found that the majority of Canadians see Arctic sovereignty as the country’s top foreign-policy issue.  The Globe and Mail hosted an online discussion with Prof. Michael Byers, a member of the Rideau Institute Board of Directors and Professor of Political Science at the University of British Columbia.
